Shipping policy

At Penguroo, we want to keep shipping and costs fair and transparent for our customers.

Orders over $75(CAD)  shipped within Canada qualify for free standard shipping. 

All other orders

Shipping for all other order, including international orders, is calculated based on the destination, total package weight and dimensions, and the shipping service you select. 

The customer is responsible for the actual applicable shipping cost. Where possible, shipping rates will be provided at checkout. If a shipping cost cannot be accurately calculated at checkout, Penguroo may contact the customer to confirm the shipping cost before processing your order. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs can vary depending on :

delivery location

total weight and dimensions of the order

shipping carrier

selected shipping speed

international shipping requirements, where applicable

We aim to use reliable and reasonably priced shipping options and do not intend to profit from shipping charges. 

International order

For orders shipped outside Canada, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or Penguroo's shipping charge unless specifically stated. 

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Once an order has shipped, the customer will receive tracking information where available.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customers responsibility.
